  • Standard Flat Rate Shipping: A small standard shipping fee of $5.99 USD applies to minor orders totaling under $10.00 USD.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Standard Transit Time: Once dispatched from our fulfillment facility, estimated delivery times range between 7 to 15 business days depending on your geographical location and local customs clearing speeds.

  • Special Handling for Fragile/Bulky Items: Table lamps featuring glass/ceramic components and oversized area rugs undergo secondary protective packaging and reinforced box inspection before carrier handoff.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. HOLI HEALTH PTY LTD cannot be held liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the buyer. If a package is returned to us (93 Wattlebird Dr, Burton SA 5110) due to an invalid address or failure to collect, re-shipping charges may apply.
